Emmanuel Noirot  has a Masters in Carrières Judiciaires et Sciences Criminelles
from the University Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I), and a DESS Droit et Pratique
des Relations du Travail (DPRT) (Post-graduate diploma in industrial relations) from
the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), and was admitted to the Paris bar in 2002.
He worked for four years with the firm Allen & Overy in Paris and London, before joining
the Paris office of Morgan Lewis, one of the leading US law firms specialised in employment law. He then joined the SCP Aguera in Paris as senior associate.
Emmanuel speaks French and English.

His expertise is well-known in the area of industrial relations and notably in the managment of staff representative bodies and relations with unions. He also advises
on matters involving working time, employee savings and retirement schemes.
Emmanuel is a member of Avosial, ACE (Association Avocats Conseil d’Entreprise)
and was the winner of the ACE Trophée for "Meilleur Jeune Avocat-Conseil d'Entreprise"
in 2002. He is also a member of the Association of former students of the DESS DPRT
and the Association Rugby Club of the Palais. He has published articles
