A strong compliance policy in areas such as data protection and anti-corruption is essential to navigate increasingly strict supranational regulations such as the GDPR.
Personal data: We advise on policies covering personal data management within the company and their compliance with the GDPR. This includes data conservation time limits, use of personal data as evidence in litigation proceedings and social networks.
Anti-corruption measures: We carry out “Sapin II” Law compliance audit and whistle-blowers’ status.
Criminal liability: Compliance review of the operation, analysis and drafting of delegations of authority and powers of attorney, training of managers (illegal work, harassment/discrimination, health and safety).
