Negotiation for the recruitment of staff, or with an employee being terminated, or with employee representative bodies, requires specialist legal knowledge. Third-party expertise is often required.

Individual work relations: Negotiation and drafting of offers of employment, assistance with and negotiation of settlement agreements.

Collective labour relations: Assistance with periodic or specific negotiations (wages, gender equality, right to “switch off”, teleworking, mobility). We also negotiate and draw up specific collective agreements such as collective mutual termination or collective performance agreements.
